Ingredients

  • 3-4 chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Flour (for dredging)
  • 1 bag MANN™ Broccoli with Lemon Herb Air Fryer Veggie Kit
  • 3 tablespoons butter (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¾ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ½ a lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • Cooked pasta of choice

  • Prep the chicken by pounding until thin (½ inch). Season chicken generously with salt and pepper on both sides.  Coat chicken in flour and set aside.
  • Begin making the MANN™ Broccoli with Lemon Herb Air Fryer Veggie Kit (follow instructions on pack).
  • Add oil and 2 tablespoons butter into a skillet on medium-high heat. Once pan is hot, cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and develops a nice crust. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add chicken broth, white wine, ¼ tablespoon butter, lemon juice, capers and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 3 minutes then pour sauce over chicken and bed of pasta.
