  • 2 tomatoes chopped
  • ½ red onion chopped
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ white onion
  • 2 avocadoes
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • Corn tortillas

  • Cook MANN™ Cauliflower with Parmesan Peppercorn Air Fryer Veggie Kit according to instructions on back panel of the bag.
  • While cooking cauliflower, prep pico de gallo and guacamole. Chop red onion, tomatoes, and cilantro for pico de gallo. Mash avocado and mix in chopped white onion, cilantro, garlic powder, juice of one lime and salt to taste for guacamole.
  • Now assemble your tacos – smear guacamole on top of heated corn tortilla, add spoonful of air-fried cauliflower and top off with pico de gallo.
