1. Broccolini: 1 cup, blanched, plus charred broccolini
2. Roasted garlic: 3-4 cloves
3. Chickpeas: 8 oz dry chickpea soaked overnight
4. Tahini: 1 tbsp
5. Lemon juice: 2 tbsp (freshly squeezed)
6. Olive oil: 1/4 cup (plus more for garnish)
7. Salt: ½ tsp (or to taste)
8. Water: 2-3 tbsp (as needed for blending)

Instructions: 1. Blanch the broccolini: Bring a pot of water to a boil, then add the broccolini and blanch for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking, then drain again. 2. Blend the ingredients: In a food processor, combine the blanched broccolini, roasted garlic, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency. 3. Adjust seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lemon, or olive oil if needed. 4. Serve and garnish: Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with a little more olive oil. You can also sprinkle with a few chickpeas, sesame seeds, or a touch of paprika for extra garnish if desired. 5. Serve with charred broccolini for a flavorful burst! 6. Follow blanching technique above, then put over your grill until lightly charred   Enjoy this vibrant, garlicky green hummus with pita bread, veggies, charred broccolini, or as a sandwich spread!
